Hold a key, talk, and the words land where your cursor is.
Blabbler is dictation for the whole Mac. Hold one shortcut, say what you mean, let go, and cleaned-up text appears in whatever app you were typing in — a message, an email, a document, a search box.
Speech recognition and the tidying-up both run on this Mac. No account, no API key, no network. It downloads its model once and never phones home again.
How It Works
It lives in the menu bar. Hold ⌥⌘Space, talk, release. About a fifth of a second later the text is in place — with the ums removed, the sentence capitalized, and the punctuation where you'd have put it.
Anywhere You Can Type
It doesn't care which app you're in. If there's a cursor, Blabbler can put words in front of it.
Why It's Fast
The model loads in a quarter of a second and transcribes in a fifth of one. There's no round trip to a server because there is no server.
How It Treats Your Data
Your voice is processed on the machine and discarded. There is no recording kept, no transcript log, and no way for me to see what you said even if I wanted to.

Questions
Does it work offline?
Completely. After the one-time model download it has no reason to touch the network, and it doesn't.
What about other languages?
English first. More when the on-device models are good enough that I'd trust them with my own writing.
Is there a Windows version?
No. It leans hard on what Apple's chips can do locally.
